How to use:

Apply Picture Perfect Highlighting Concealer stick at the orbital bone, which is at the top of the cheekbone as it meets the under eye area. Apply at angles pointing to the top of the ear. The stick can also be used on the eyelids as a shadow base and highlighter, also at an upward angle, pointing to the upper outside eyebrow.  

To use as a lip base: Apply to you finger and tap Picture Perfect on the lips, where you will be applying color.
